FAQ

Short answers to what builders ask most.

Does Fuel hold my users' keys or money?

No. Fuel builds each launch, checks it by simulation and signs it with the new mint, and the creator's wallet signs it last. pump.fun pays the creator and your wallets directly; their shares never pass through Fuel.

Can I change a token's split after launch?

No. pump.fun locks each token's split on chain when it comes to Fuel. Editing a strategy or picking another default applies to tokens launched or brought after it.

When does a new token have credit?

With its first payout, once its creator fees reach 0.01 SOL (1 USDC for a USDC token), or a day after launch, whichever comes first. To start sooner, buy credit in USDC from $20.

Can credit be withdrawn or moved?

No. Credit is not money: it can't be withdrawn, moved to another account or paid out. It is spent only on AI through the Fuel Router, and it never expires.

Which models can my agents use?

Hundreds, from Claude, GPT and Gemini to DeepSeek, Grok and Qwen, plus image models. Free, batch and retired versions aren't served. See Models.

Do you keep prompts or answers?

Never. For each call Fuel keeps only its model, its tokens, its cost, its key and its time, for your usage and ledger.

Do I need a server?

No. Launch from the dashboard's Launch page with the Solana wallet in your browser. A server lets you launch for your users with a secret key.

Can a token quoted in USDC or another token pay for AI?

Yes. USDC is credited at $1, and any other quote token is sold for USDC before it is credited.

What happens when a token graduates?

It moves to PumpSwap, keeps its route and keeps paying. The token.graduated webhook tells you.

Can I use one router key for several tokens?

No. A router key spends one token's credit account. Make one per agent; an account can have up to 100.
